Shipping Policy

At Buzzed Up E Bikes, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping for all our products. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information on our shipping process, costs, and timelines.

Domestic Delivery

Free Shipping:

  • Sunshine Coast: Free shipping for addresses from Caloundra to Noosa.

Standard Shipping Cost: $250 for all other areas.

Exclusion Zones: Shipping is not available to addresses located in Western Australia (WA) or the Northern Territory (NT).

Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Order Verification: Orders are double-checked and cross-referenced with a packing slip when packaged to ensure accuracy. A verified packing slip is dispatched with each package.

Notification of Delays: Customers will be notified by phone or email if there is an expected delay in delivery or a change to the expected delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information: A confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent once the order has been dispatched. Buzzed Up E Bikes has no control over any delays by our delivery services once the goods have left our premises.

  • Victoria: 4-6 days

  • Queensland: 2-3 days

  • New South Wales: 2-3 days

  • South Australia: 4-6 days

  • Tasmania: 4-6 days

  • Australian Capital Territory: 2-3 days

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $250 for all areas not covered by our free shipping policy.

  • Express Delivery: Express delivery is available at an additional cost. Contact our service delivery team before dispatch for a quote and estimated delivery time.

International Shipping

  • Availability: International shipping is not available at this time.

In-Store Pickup: Customers can collect purchased products in person from our store at:

Logistics Partners

Third-Party Services: Buzzed Up E Bikes utilizes third-party logistics services for delivery. While we maintain a duty of care for our customers, we are not responsible for the package once it is in the possession of the courier service.

Signature Requirement: A signature is required for delivery confirmation. We cannot deliver your order without a signature, as we do not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen bikes.

Undelivered or Damaged Packages

Lost or Damaged Goods: If your goods are not received within the expected time or if they are damaged, please refer to the courier’s website with your tracking number for status updates. You can also contact us for further assistance, and we will help with the claim process.

Liability: Buzzed Up E Bikes is not liable for any undelivered, damaged, or stolen packages. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions and Warranty documents for more details on our policies.

Stolen Packages

Responsibility: If a courier confirms that a package was delivered but the goods are stolen from the front of the customer's property or not received despite proof of delivery, Buzzed Up E Bikes is not liable.
